What Ärikratt is

Ärikratt is a free, anonymous explorer of public data on Estonian companies, sectors, regions, grants and procurement. There is no account. Sole proprietors (FIE), board members, beneficial owners and identifiers of natural persons are not shown. A credit score is not given.

The same data is available through an MCP server for an AI assistant. The trial is 14 days and 50 calls. Prices are published. Payments are not taken yet.

Sources

• Business Register — name, registry code, status, founding, EMTAK, address, annual reports.
• Tax and Customs Board — quarterly turnover, state taxes, employee count, tax-debt list.
• Official Announcements — bankruptcy and liquidation notices (metadata and a link).
• RTK / RAR, EIS, PRIA and KIK — state-aid decisions.
• Register of Economic Activities (MTR) — activity licences.
• Statistics Estonia and Eesti Pank — economy totals at a coarser grain, not a company row.

Sources and licences

Freshness

Pages read the latest published snapshot. The address cannot select a snapshot. When a snapshot is at least 7 days old we keep showing it and state its age.

What a missing number means

• Missing — the source has no value.
• Not shown (fewer than 5 companies) — a privacy limit. The row itself may still be visible.
• Source missing — that dataset is not yet published at company level.
• 0 — only when the source says zero.
• Absence from the tax-debt list reads “not on the Tax and Customs Board list”, never “debt 0”. Debts under 100 € are not published.

Only public company-level data. Identifiers of natural persons, board members and beneficial owners are not shown. A credit rating is not given.

Composite signal (derived)

The composite signal is Ärikratt’s derivation from six public components. The level is Low, Moderate or High and the score runs from 0 to 100. The score is not a credit rating and not a default forecast. Colour is never used alone.
