Data from a CC BY-SA source remains available under that same licence: BY-SA 3.0 stays BY-SA 3.0 and BY-SA 4.0 stays BY-SA 4.0. It may be reused and shared under that licence when the attribution is kept. Ärikratt’s own compilation and software are not under that licence.
What is left out
- Personal identification code, date of birth, home address, beneficial owners, and any natural person’s name among shareholders, the board, procurators or persons on the card.
- The whole isikuMuudatused feed, TEKSA, annual-report PDFs and articles of association.
- A detailandmed_v2 field that is not in the open-data file. Email, phone and website come from üldandmed sidevahendid (CC BY 4.0). An 11-digit run that passes the personal-code checksum is dropped. MCP does not return email or phone.
- Every sole-trader (FIE) row. Average pay is not inferred from EMTA labour taxes and headcount.
- Official notices whose purpose is service on a natural person, and any natural-person name or identifier in other notices.
- A natural person named as the competent person in MTR or KOTKAS.
- Cadastral ownership. EHAK boundaries only.
- Unemployment Insurance Fund vacancy statistics (CC BY-NC 3.0). NC would allow non-commercial use, but this site is run by a company for promotion. The rows are left out of the free site and of MCP.
