MCP terms of use
These terms cover paid use of the Ärikratt MCP server. The website stays separate and free. The fee does not change the licence of the public data.
1. The fee is for the service
The fee is for access to the Ärikratt service, the tools, uptime, and Ärikratt’s compilation and software. It is not a fee for the public data.
2. The source licence still applies
The underlying public data remains under its source licence and may be reused under that licence. CC BY 4.0: Business Register open data (Centre of Registers and Information Systems), Statistics Estonia datasets, and Estonian Environment Agency air-pollution reports. CC BY-SA 3.0: Tax and Customs Board taxes paid, turnover and employee count, and the legal-person tax-debtor list; the public procurement register; EU structural assistance; the economic-activity register; Patent Office public data; the Building Register; Unemployment Insurance Fund registered unemployed. CC BY-SA 4.0: official announcements and legal acts published in Riigi Teataja. CC0 1.0: the state real-estate register and the Land and Spatial Development Board EHAK WFS variants. EHAK administrative boundaries are open data with the required attribution “Haldus- ja asustusjaotus: Maa- ja Ruumiamet <kuupäev>”. The state-aid register, Eesti Pank, and KOTKAS permits are not in the open-data catalogue: Public Information Act § 3¹(9), open data is as a rule made available for reuse without conditions, with attribution. Unemployment Insurance Fund vacancy statistics are CC BY-NC 3.0 and are left out of the service and the website. An output derived from a BY-SA source is provided under that same BY-SA licence, and the attribution must be kept. Ärikratt’s own compilation and software are not under BY-SA.
3. Keys and fair use
An API key is personal and non-transferable. Fair-use caps apply. A contractual limit on sharing an account or scraping this service restricts use of the service, not the licensed data.
4. Personal data
The service contains no personal data. The customer must not use it to identify or re-identify a natural person. FIE rows, personal codes, beneficial owners, and natural-person shareholders or officials are not in the service.
5. Dated snapshots, not the register
Figures are dated snapshots, not the official register and not a live balance. EMTA tax and turnover figures are a quarterly or daily snapshot. Average pay must not be inferred from EMTA labour taxes and headcount. The service is not legal advice and not credit advice. R-53 OÜ's liability to the customer is limited to the fees the customer paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. R-53 OÜ is not liable for indirect loss, including lost profit. The limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence (Law of Obligations Act § 106).
